No. Every plan, Free included, gives you a free Notice address, so you can be online without buying anything. From Starter up you can also connect a domain you own. You buy that from any registrar and it stays in your name. Connecting it costs nothing on top of your plan.
Deposits are a Pro feature and they run through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account and the money goes to you, not to us. Stripe charge their standard card fees under your own Stripe pricing. Notice does not add a platform fee or take a cut.
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect straight away. Cancelling drops you back to the free plan at the end of the billing period, so the site keeps serving at your Notice address with its forms working. Nothing is deleted.
