Terms of Service

Last updated 13 October 2026 · Version 13.2

These terms are an agreement between you and Notice Technologies (ABN 47 515 879 041), a business based in New South Wales, Australia (“Notice”, “we”, “us”). They cover notice.do, app.notice.do and everything Notice provides: Work items with their briefs, plans, files and decisions; Home, Review and Schedule; chat with Notice; Luna, Notice’s own AI; the connections you set up; and the access you give outside AI tools (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

The short version

  • You own your work and everything you put into Notice. We own the platform.
  • Notice is free while it is in early access. We will tell you, and update these terms, before we charge for anything.
  • AI can be wrong. Check what Notice, Luna and other AI tools produce before you rely on it. A report that something is done is not proof that it is.
  • You choose which outside AI tools can reach your work and what they can do there, and you can withdraw that access at any time.
  • Use Notice lawfully, and only put in information you have the right to use.
  • We work hard to keep Notice running, but we do not promise perfect uptime.
  • Delete your account whenever you like; your information is then handled as the Privacy Policy describes.

1.Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and the details you sign up with must be accurate.
  • Keep your login details and any AI access keys safe. What happens under your account, including through a key or sign-in you created, is your responsibility, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
  • An account belongs to one person. You can invite other people to a Space; you decide what you share there, and you can remove them at any time.

2.Price and payment

Notice is free to use while it is in early access, and we do not currently sell plans or credits. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and what each one includes before you pay, and we will update these terms first, giving you at least 30 days’ notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service fails to meet a guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies that law provides.

3.Your content

  • You own your content. The work you put into Notice, including briefs, plans, files, messages, decisions and documents, is yours.
  • Our permission to run it. You give us permission to host, store, display, back up and process your content, including sending the parts a task needs to our AI providers, only to provide the Service and only as you direct. That includes making it available to the outside AI tools you connect, as far as you allow them.
  • Content about other people. Your work may mention other people, such as colleagues, clients or suppliers. Only put in information you are allowed to use, and handle it lawfully, including under privacy law.
  • What the AI produces. What Notice’s AI produces for you is yours to use. AI writes from patterns, so other people may receive similar output, and we cannot promise it is unique.

4.Notice’s AI

  • Chat with Notice, and Luna, Notice’s own AI, run on AI models from other companies, which our Subprocessors page lists. They read, write and organise your work as you ask.
  • AI can be wrong. What Notice’s AI produces may be false, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it, act on it or share it.
  • Luna works within your limits. When you give Luna a part of a plan, it works on that part as Settings → AI access allows, including whether it may search the web. What it reports, including a part it says is done, is marked as reported until you verify it.
  • Notice keeps what was reported, what was decided and what was checked apart, but it cannot guarantee any of them. A report that something is done, whether from you, Notice, Luna or another AI tool, is not proof that it is. Recording a decision in Notice does not send anything outside Notice.
  • Notice’s AI is not professional advice, such as legal, financial or medical advice.
  • We may set reasonable limits on AI use to keep the Service fair and affordable, and we will show them in Notice.

5.Outside AI tools

  • You can connect outside AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, by signing in with Notice or with a key. You choose what each tool can do in Settings → AI access, and you can change or withdraw that at any time.
  • Unless you narrow it, a connected tool can read your active Work, your workspace documents and your upcoming calendar; post findings, questions and handoffs; open Work items; add new versions of working documents; and propose changes to briefs, which wait for you. You can make a tool read only, limit it to chosen Work items, or let it change briefs and plans directly. A tool never sees your private files, saved outputs or chats.
  • You are responsible for the access you give a tool. What a tool does within that access is treated as done with your permission, and it shows under the tool’s name.
  • Treat each key like a password: anyone holding it can use it until you withdraw it. We keep only a fingerprint of each key and sign-in, so we cannot show a key again.
  • The tool and the company behind it are not part of Notice. What a tool reads is handled by that company under your agreement with them, not under these terms. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for what an outside tool or its provider does with what it reads, or for what it posts or changes.
  • What a tool posts is recorded as reported, not confirmed. It does not approve, decide or complete anything in Notice.
  • When you withdraw a tool in Settings → AI access, its keys and sign-ins stop working from its next request. What it already wrote stays, under its name.
  • We may suspend a tool’s access, or limit its requests, if it is misused or puts the Service or other people at risk.

6.Connections and other services

You can connect other services to Notice, such as Google Calendar. Those services have their own terms. We read from them and send data to them only at your direction, as the Privacy Policy describes, and we are not responsible for what a third-party service does, or fails to do, on its side. If a connection misbehaves, disconnect it and tell us.

7.What you must not do

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
  • Put in content you have no right to use, or that is offensive or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Send spam. If you use Notice to prepare messages that you send to other people, meeting the Spam Act 2003 rules, including consent and unsubscribe, is up to you.
  • Abuse the platform: no attempts to break security or get around access controls or limits (including with text written to manipulate an AI model), to reach other people’s data, to scrape the Service, to resell it as your own, or to overload our systems.
  • Use Notice or its AI to harass anyone, to publish someone’s personal information in a way that menaces or harasses them, to impersonate a business or person, to create content that harms children or intimate images shared without consent, or to plan or carry out scams, phishing or malware.
  • Break the usage policies of our AI providers, which apply to everything sent to their models.

Reporting a problem. If you believe someone is using Notice in a way that infringes your rights or breaks these rules, email support@notice.do. We review reports promptly and may suspend access while we look into them.

8.Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep Notice running around the clock on reputable infrastructure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages at our providers (including AI providers) and honest mistakes happen.
  • We improve the Service constantly and may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
  • We keep backups for disaster recovery, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • Some features may be early or beta versions, labelled as such. They may change or be withdrawn, and they carry no promises beyond what the law requires.

9.Our property

The Notice platform, its software, designs and branding are ours, or licensed to us, and stay ours. These terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is in good standing and nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without obligation.

10.Ending the agreement

  • By you. Delete your account at any time from Settings. Your access ends straight away, every connected AI tool loses access, and your information is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • By us. We may suspend or restrict an account only where it is reasonably necessary: a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a real risk of harm to other people, the people in your work, the public or the platform, or content or use that appears unlawful. Where practicable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We will keep any suspension proportionate (for example, pausing one feature or one AI tool’s access rather than the whole account) and lift it as soon as the reason is resolved. We may close an account only for one of those reasons after notice, or straight away where the seriousness of the situation or the law requires it.

11.Liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
  • Subject to that, the Service is provided as it is, and our total liability to you for anything arising from it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or A$50 if you paid us nothing.
  • Subject to the same, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Notice is a work tool, not an insurer of your business, and its AI is not professional advice.
  • You are responsible for your own conduct and content, for the decisions you make using Notice, and for what you let outside AI tools and Luna do with your work.

12.General

  • Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email us before anything formal. Most problems are sorted out quickly.
  • Notices. We send formal notices to your account email, so keep it current. You can send notices to us at the address below.
  • Business transfer. If Notice is restructured (for example into a company) or sold, this agreement and your information move with it under the same terms, and we will tell you.
  • Events beyond our control. Neither of us is responsible for failures caused by things genuinely outside our control, such as natural disasters or internet-wide outages.
  • Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts there.
  • If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not waived it.
  • Changes. We may update these terms as the Service changes. For a material change we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes required by law, or that only improve the Service, may take effect sooner. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it; if you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
  • These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
